Training: No experience necessary; we will train you for success! New employees get over 40 hours of paid training, including person-centered training on each member of the household.

Schedules Available:
7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Day)
3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Swing)
11:00 pm to 7:00 am (Overnight/NOC)

Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one, goal-oriented support in our individuals in their home and community
- Model and demonstrate appropriate social interactions
- Provide transportation to events and activities to increase community engagement
- Daily documentation on goal progress, daily activities, medication management, and safety during shift.
- Follow individualized behavior support plans, to provide safety and consistency for the household.
- Provide assistance with hygiene tasks as needed, including toileting and bathing support.
- Maintain house stability, by completing tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
Other Information:
- Successful applicants will have a minimum of 3 years licensed driving experience, current license, and must be able to pass a DMV record and background check.
