Excellent opportunity for Project Manager Estimator to join a local powerhouse general contractor working in the heavy civil land development sector of construction whilst having great opportunities for long term development and progression while receiving a fantastic package.

This dynamic company have seen tremendous growth over the last few years and have a loyal client base which will ensure further development on large projects. This firm are now industry leading within their sector with confirmed contracts that will lead to further growth and development. Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Project Manager Estimator to join their loyal team.

In this role you'll be based in Reading, Pennsylvania and will have requirements to Estimate and manage projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include performing and reviewing take-offs, solicit material costs and subcontractor costs, use BTW estimating software to conduct estimates, manage land development projects throughout the process.
