Program Director - Faith Based

Rise Up Kings is a Christian personal development organization that hosts transformational experiences for both men and women. RUK Ministries, a sister non-profit organization operates similar experiences for Christian pastors and other underserved men. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Program Director responsible for promoting and expanding the impact, reach, and brand of RUK Ministries.

Responsibilities:

• Advancing the mission and strategic objectives of RUK Ministries
• Growing/Expand RUK Ministries brand and impact
• Living a life worthy of emulation by the people of God
• Adhering to the RUK Ministries Mission, Vision, and Values
• Recruiting participants for RUK Ministries 3 day events
• Meeting with pastors and other influential religious leaders to recruit new Revival participants
• Ensuring 50% of Revival participants serve in influential leadership positions
• Raising donations and RUKMIN revenue
• Driving referrals across all RUK events (This is true but I don’t want it in the posting–gotta keep things separate)
• Assisting Staff Pastors in serving Revival Mastermind members
• Expanding the population served by RUK to include first responders, active duty/guard/reserve members and other underserved groups

Requirements:

• 10 years experience in a leadership role (private or ministry)
• 5 years church-ministry experience
• Proven experience leading teams of 10 resources
• Ability to work well with a wide variety of theological backgrounds.
• Strong forward-facing relationship-building experience
• Prior experience driving people and process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
