Job Posting for Accident Claims Clerk at Risinger Brothers Transfer

Risinger is seeking an Accident Claims Clerk for our Accounting Department. The hours for this position are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time entry level position that is eligible for benefits. A friendly personality with attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating summaries and purchase orders related to accident claims
  • Open insurance claims directly with providers
  • Obtain police reports for accident claims
  • Answer calls related to accidents and damaged equipment
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Data entry, scanning, mailings
  • Receptionist duties at our front desk
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Prioritizing tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 2 year degree is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
