- Consultants who has worked in LCT ( Luminate Control Tower) implementation and Integration experience in Planning Demand and ESP is a must.
- Any automobile experience will be added advantage
- Overall 10-15 years of experience
- 5 years of experience implementing any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions JDA / Blue Yonder (must) and others like o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, E2Open, etc.
- Certified as a JDA / Blue Yonder Demand / Fulfillment Planning or has completed all requirements for JDA / Blue Yonder DF planning Functional certification.
- Firsthand experience in leading a team through 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.
- Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in supply chain operations.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs and best practices in supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data.
- Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject.
- Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels. Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
