Role Title : Business CRM Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location : 2 days Hybrid (Lansing, MI)
Work Authorization : CITIZEN,GREEN CARD,H4 EAD,TN Permit
Client: State of MI (Healthcare Department)
Interview : Skype
Must Have
Triage user requests and tickets, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and prioritize CRM inbox communications.
Formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies and prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses.
Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse work, and assist with RFP development.
Assist in deploying and managing end-user reporting tools and platforms, and work with IT and business project teams to propose solutions for reporting and data warehousing requirements.
Document and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team for all solutions.
Attend BH CRM meetings as appropriate and assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience with business process reengineering and applying technology to improve business effectiveness.
Familiarity with industry standard technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering.
Creativity and latitude in problem-solving, with knowledge of relational database and client-server concepts.
Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
Technologically savvy with strong training and technical assistance skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in process improvement, project management, and data management.
