Job Posting for Junior Workday/Data Analyst at RIT Solutions, Inc.
Proficiency in Workday is preferred, with a focus on the Core HCM module, Recruiting, Benefits, Security, and Reporting.(Alternatively, exposure to HR Systems, eg- Oracle, PeopleSoft etc)
Proactively Developing audits on all data aspects within data conversion efforts as we transition between tenants, TCU and Go-Live according to phase in project
Advanced technical Excel/spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, power query, conditional formatting, data reporting, validation, macros, auditing, and formulas, including but not limited to, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, MATCH, COUNTIF, INDEX, etc.. Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage multiple shifting priorities;
Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Cross-functional support experience
-Highly developed troubleshooting skills, including tenacity and investigative abilities to identify the root cause of problems.
