Must have strong product owner skills / BA skills with experience in Health care domain.
- Experience in agile frame work like Scrum and Kanban in SAFe. Understand the overall application flow, should have the ability to do analysis as per current system architecture and come up with the Solution from functional standpoint while having good understanding of technical dependency impacts.
- Must work with stake holders (Client, Product management, UX team, Vendors) in understanding the current system, its corresponding files, generate business requirement documents, provide solutions, and resolve queries at different phases of the project.
- To support applications at different phases of SDLC till production implementation, warranty support and help resolve the issues quickly.
- Strong partnership with IT, Security, business, and third-party stakeholders, to ensure that migration can be planned and executed to its Business plans.
- Should have strong skills in Health care domain with expertise in web application development and mobile application development.
- Experience on large Migration across products will be an advantage.
- In addition, should have the expertise in leading requirement gathering sessions, conducting planning sessions with client for data migration, Gap Analysis, Application issue resolution, Scheme Compliance changes.
- Should have good communication, documentation and oratory skills.
- Achieving professional certifications such as CSPO are preferred.
