Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer & Measurer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in various flooring installation techniques and possess a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Install various types of flooring materials such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Prepare subfloors by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Repair or replace damaged flooring
- Ensure installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns

Experience:
The successful candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Measuring

-Flooring Estimating
- Blueprint reading
- Floor care
- Concrete finishing
- Restoration techniques
- Ability to read schematics
- Maintenance Person skills

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role or willing to learn
- Strong knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation methods
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
