Rite of Passage is a leading national provider of programs and opportunities for troubled and at-risk youth from social services, welfare agencies and juvenile courts. Specifically at Silver Oak, we will be working with children suffering from mental Health issues.

What you’ll do:

The Admissions Manager is a member of the site team implementing the Rite of Passage program. This position is responsible for developing new marketing opportunities in state and county sectors, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified students to the ROP program and serving as program liaison to placing officials. Depending on location, the Admissions Manager reports to the Director of Student Services and/or Program Director or other designated supervisor, and this position may supervise other Admissions staff.


To be considered, you should:

  • Have BA/BS in related field or substitute experience for up to two years toward a degree. (Master’s degree

    preferred).

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (We no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
