As a Retail Supervisor you will superviseStore Associates while assisting in daily store operations. Yourpurpose is to provide direction where needed and be an ongoingexample of superior customerservice.

DayintheLife of a RetailSupervisor :

  • Superviseand help Store Associates with daily operationaltasks.
  • Assist customers with their shoppingneeds and transactions.
  • Tend to merchandisingtasks via planogram.
  • Perform proper receivingand stocking procedures.
  • Count and reconcilecash register drawers.
  • Prepare deposits andorder change from the bank.
  • Ensure storeinventory is regularly inspected removed or rotated according tothe Product Freshness Review Schedule.
  • Maintaina safe clean and pleasing environment for customers andassociates.
  • Design a monthly schedule andassign work to foster an efficient and effectiveworkflow.

Educationand / or Experience :

  • H.S.Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)required.
  • At least one (1) year of experiencein retail food service restaurant or customer service industrypreferably at a supervisorlevel.
