As the Project Management Supervisor, you will oversee Project/Program Managers involved in project development from beginning to end, including setting project expectation, and developing/supporting company project policies. 

Manages & Directs Project Coordination of Project/Program Managers

• Manages building, developing, and growing all business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to internal and external customers. Lead and report project status to steering committee and/or to management. 
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables and supports Project/Program Managers in the same.
• Develops full-scale project plans and supports Project/Program Managers in the same.
• Supports the development of best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Oversees Customer Specific Products

• Leads team in obtaining a detailed understanding of the customer’s needs and specialized or technical knowledge of the products or services being sold.
• Effectively communicate product expectations internally and externally

• Oversees the management of Customer Specific product launches.
• Helps coordinate engineering support for customer specific product.

• Directs Project Coordinators in determining best methods to support customers’ requirements.

Manages response to customer inquiries.

• Possesses advanced knowledge of products to provide Product Application and Quotation.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of manufacturing and capabilities.

• Supports Project Coordinators working with Pricing Agreements (Distribution and Direct)

• Oversees maintenance and follow up on Quality concerns of Customers.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business or Communications field
• Three to five years’ experience in manufacturing and/or selling of industrial products.
• Knowledge and experience with the production and engineering of enclosures.
• Microsoft Office programs including Project, Excel, Word, and Access is Required
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings. 
• Participate in Trade Shows and Customer Visits
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• PMP Certification Preferred.
