Job Description
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in friendly conversation
Adjust to customer flow by always being on the move and available to provide assistance to customers and co workers
Assists customers requests for orders or information on products or services
Directs or assists customers to product location
Provides information about product usage, availability, and application
Comply with all cash handling rules and procedures
Responsible for cash balance at end of shift
Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customers’ needs.
Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming promotions
Maintains inventory and displays within assigned area to merchandising standards.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains standard of cleanliness and organization
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years of age
Basic feed product knowledge
Dependable with a high level of integrity
Pre-employment drug test/physical/background check will help assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and serve the needs of our customers
Accurate cash handling and math skills
Ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities
Work in a standing position for extended periods of time. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Ability to lift 50lbs consistently
