Duration: 12+ Months (multi-year award)
Clearance: All qualified candidates must possess a minimum of an active DoD Secret level security clearance. By virtue of that, U.S. citizenship is required.
Position Overview:
RIVA Solutions, Inc. is preparing to support the US Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) by providing IT Services to the Library Infrastructure Support Program.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with desktop Operating Systems, hardware and peripherals.
- Ability to perform technical tasks independently under close supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to plan or schedule the installation and deployment of new hardware, operating systems and applications software.
- Manage accounts, network rights, file permissions, access to systems and equipment.
- Maintain system images, configuration and backups.
- Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
