As a Surveillance Tech, you will:
Shift: Varies Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of surveillance equipment.
- Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic surveillance equipment malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.
- Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance.
- Communicates with dispatchers and other technicians to efficiently manage open calls.
- Maintains moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either.
- Performs general and preventive maintenance on all surveillance equipment.
- Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of all casino surveillance equipment.
- Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations regarding best practices and equipment.
- Identifies, pulls, and labels various alarm, CAT 6, and fiber optic cables.
- Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- Associate degree or certification in Electronics Engineering or related field and six (6) months of Electronics/Surveillance experience required; or minimum one (1) year of surveillance equipment repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have knowledge of surveillance equipment and installation/maintenance.
- Must have a general understanding of electronics as well as mechanical and electronic processes.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Knowledge of casino games and operations preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must have strong technical computer skills and be knowledgeable in computer networks, programming, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to move effectively and efficiently around work area.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
