On Site Campground Manager/Groundskeeping

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Campground Manager/Groundskeeper to oversee the operations and activities at our campsite. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, guest services, and customer relations.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the campsite operations including staff supervision, activity planning, and guest services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule camp activities and events.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of camp facilities.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to the camp operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise camp staff members.

- Groundskeeping- mowing, weed whacking, planting flowers, pulling weeds. etc

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management, guest services, or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in front desk operations is beneficial.

This position is On-Site. Water/Electric & Dump hookups available. Potential Housing available along the beautiful Clark Fork River. A newly added Pavilion overlooking the river is scheduled to open soon. Our steakhouse just introduced a new and improved menu. This is looking to be a busy and wonderful summer season. Your role will be to create memorable experiences for campers. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
