Job Posting for Social Services Director at River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation
River Haven Nursing and Rehab is looking for a Social Services Director.
This position is responsible for planning , developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards, as well as established policies and procedures, to ensure that the medically-related, emotional and social needs of the patients/residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
Must posses as a minimum, a bachelors degree in Social Work or a bachelors degree in human services plus at least two years supervisory experience in the long term care setting. Must posses any certifications/licenses required by State regulations.
