Duties:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Develop and implement behavior management plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including coding diagnoses using ICD-10 and ICD-9
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid licensure or certification as a counselor (e.g., LPC, LMHC)
- Experience in data collection and coding using ICD-10 and ICD-9
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and behavior management strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Pay: $25.50 - $28.50 per hour
