River Valley Cooperative is looking for a Location Manager to lead our Sperry, IA team.
Our location manager will provide leadership in the development and implementation of assigned facilities, employees, planning and programming that will assist member owners of River Valley Cooperative to be financially successful in their farming operations and provide for a sustainable local cooperative operation to serve member needs. This role will be engaging with our customers, and providing first-in-class service. What you'll do:
- Develop long-term and short-term business plans for assigned locations in conjunction with region operations manager and staff.
- Develop and implement an employee organization structure that provides focused leadership and operation of the assigned Ag retail locations along with providing excellent services to customers within those businesses in a timely cost effective manner.
- Will maintain and assure cost effective operations of all operating fixed assets and rolling stock assigned as well as assigned Ag retail locations.
- Accountable for all product inventory management and shrink within assigned locations.

Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ag retail and grain manager experience preferred
- Microsoft software, accounting fundamentals
- Class A CDL preferred

May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, Ag chemicals and vapors, and moving machinery on occasion as part of this position.
