What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Marketing position at Riveron?
Riveron is seeking a talented and strategic-minded Head of Marketing to lead our national marketing efforts. Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, this role will be pivotal in driving business growth and revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.
\n- Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with our leadership, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine marketing concepts and strategies that foster growth in existing client relationships, new business development, and revenue. Managing and coaching the umbrella of marketing teams.
- Integrated Marketing Strategy:
- Go-to-Market Initiatives: Executing strategic go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth, in alignment with the Business Development team and firm leaders.
- Marketing Campaigns: Developing and deploying external marketing campaigns and communication initiatives, including thought leadership, public relations, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, and social media.
- Digital Channel Ownership: Managing all digital marketing channels, including the website, video, social media, and email marketing, to support the company's strategic growth goals.
- Client Relationship and Event Management: Proactively assisting in the management of client relationships, events, and channel partners through collaboration with the Client Service teams to elevate Riveron's and our client's brand presence, enhance experiences and deliver successful outcomes.
- Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget and leading the annual team market planning process.
- Performance Metrics: Developing and applying analytical metrics to measure marketing performance, such as ROI (Return on investment), and guiding marketing efforts across key pillars effectively.
- Executive Reporting: Providing status updates and presentations to executive management, as well as preparing ad hoc reporting needs.
- Technology Adoption: Researching and implementing tools and technology that drive marketing results.
- 15 years of overall marketing experience
- 5 years of experience leading and mentoring marketing teams
- Change management experience in a high growth environment
- A proven track record of establishing short and long-term marketing goals and executing operating plans to achieve them
- Experience in running effective marketing campaigns across various channels
- Project and event management expertise
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing automation tools
- The ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives concurrently
- Continuous research into the latest event marketing methods and trends
- Willingness and ability to travel to events across the United States
