Transaction Services - Director

Riveron’s Transaction Services (TS) practice focuses on identifying the risks and opportunities underlying a potential transaction throughout the mergers and acquisition life cycle. The Director level position is responsible for providing insightful analysis to address financial and operational issues and goals pre and post close. This position will assist with buy and sell-side diligence, operational diligence, transaction tax, lender services, integration services, opening balance sheet & financial reporting, and distressed transaction services. In addition, they will contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
