What are the responsibilities and job description for the INTERNATIONAL CASINO HOST position at Rivers Casino Philadelphia?
Summary: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with new mid-level Asian casino club members and identifying qualified/un-carded existing players by providing personal services in regards to promotions, reservations, special events and other customer care needs.

Essential Job Functions:
Identify non carded mid-level Asian players who are currently gaming in the facility and enroll in club program
Attract new high end Asian players to property through networking and referrals
Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Achieves established revenue and reinvestment goals.
Reviews player ratings and history to evaluate and make decisions for complimentaries
Maintains profitable comp margins on players
Develops and coordinates marketing programs and events to attract the desired market.
Ensures gaming service expectations are met.
Contact/telemarkets identified segments of the player database to increase trip frequency.
Recommends media and social networking opportunities.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One or more years related casino marketing and/or host experience required.
Knowledge of Konami Casino Management System preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
Frequently required to stoop, and kneel.
Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment.
Must occasionally lift and/or move to 10 pounds.
