Summary: Responsible for the Casino Credit activities, ensuring that all administrative duties and responsibilities are performed according to the department guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:
Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Determines applicant’s credit worthiness by approving or denying credit requests up to pre-approved limits.
Maintains casino credit records as they relate to changes to the limit or disruption of credit or check cashing privileges.
Responds effectively and diplomatically to patron questions or concerns.
Ensures compliance with established policies, procedures and internal controls.
Responsible for periodic review of credit executive memo book and exclusion book.
Implements approved policies and procedures with respect to establishing casino credit privileges by evaluating credit histories of applicants.
Identifies prospective casino credit patrons to build the credit portfolio and educate as required.
Accepts and evaluates applicant credit histories, processes casino credit applications and maintains customer files.
Works with all departments in promotion responsible credit usage.
Inputs approval or denial information into the patron’s credit file and update account status as required.
Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Casino.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Casino Credit or a similar lending position.
Ability to use basic computer software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, hear, talk, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to stand and walk.
Frequently required to meet deadlines.
Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor
