Reconciles discrepancies related to monetary assets.
Ensures compliance with all other regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
Trains and supervises staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
Other duties may be assigned.
Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino – Des Plaines ICS.
Job Requirements:
One (1) to two (2) years Count Team experience, preferably in a Lead or Supervisory capacity.
Aptitude and ability to count large sums currency.
Must be able to perform computer input and operate ten-key adding machine.
Possess a thorough understanding of the established company, departmental policies & procedures.
Must also possess sound judgment, good organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
Must be able to clearly and appropriately communicate, both verbally and in writing to team members, vendors and guests.
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting.
Frequent grasping, squeezing and handling of money and bundles.
