Clinical Team Manager

 

The Clinical Team Manager directly supervises a team of Care Coordinators, Lead Care Coordinator, nurse, and interns. In consultation with the Program Director, implements and monitors the adoption of program-wide policies and guidelines, plans Program initiatives and oversees daily operations of the Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) Program, ensuring operational integrity, efficiency, and optimal performance.  In Program Director’s absence assumes responsibility for essential duties and functions that are applicable and necessary.

The CTM is a leadership role within the BHCP, and in consultation with the Program Director will be responsible for the following:

  • Supports and articulates the program and Riverside CP organizational mission to staff, business unit care coordination teams, consumers, providers and others.
  • Sets immediate and mid-term operations goals, and develops operating practices that support the objectives of the program and agency.
  • Recommends changes to resource structure to support the implementation of identified initiatives, goals and policies, and leads Riverside CP teams in implementing them.
  • Identifies operational impacts of ongoing program changes and plans for the development of responsive program components within the limits of available resources.
  • Establishes and implements program productivity expectations and reporting, monitors program revenues and expenses, and ensures that reporting activities are completed as scheduled.
  • Supports implementation and maintenance of all operational elements of the program’s Quality Management program.
  • Documents and reviews operational workflow for administrative and care coordination functions, identifying best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Leads the development of staff training curricula and disseminates to the team.
  • Oversees operational activities between the administrative office, the Care Coordination Team sites of Riverside and Affiliated Partners, ACO/MCO contracted partners, MassHealth, and software vendors. This includes the managing processes of new assignment files, ad hoc member referrals, supplemental data files, change requests and the development of related status reports.

 

 

Schedule: Full time; hybrid schedule 

 

Pay: 75,000 for unlicensed and 78,000 licensed annually
