Clinical Team Manager
The Clinical Team Manager directly supervises a team of Care Coordinators, Lead Care Coordinator, nurse, and interns. In consultation with the Program Director, implements and monitors the adoption of program-wide policies and guidelines, plans Program initiatives and oversees daily operations of the Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) Program, ensuring operational integrity, efficiency, and optimal performance. In Program Director’s absence assumes responsibility for essential duties and functions that are applicable and necessary.
The CTM is a leadership role within the BHCP, and in consultation with the Program Director will be responsible for the following:
Schedule: Full time; hybrid schedule
Pay: 75,000 for unlicensed and 78,000 licensed annually
