Summary:
The Activities Director for Riverside Senior Living Communities (SLC) is responsible for the oversight of all activity programming at the Bourbonnais Grove and Westwood campuses. In this leadership role, the Activities Director manages a team, as well as coordinates all experience offerings, which enhances the senior living experience. Additional responsibilities include budget, supply procuerment, personnel management, activity planning and coordinating, activity promotion and resident communication. This position reports to the Executive Director and is an integral member of the SLC leadership team and ensures the delivery of quality programming for all residents. The positions ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.
