Beverage Sales and Support Specialist

Position: Sales and Support Specialist – Augusta Georgia

Status: Full-time, - Position

Department: Beverage Sales Reports to: Beverage Manager

Riverside Refreshments Inc. is a family-owned company that has been in business for over ninety years offering beverage sales, vending, office coffee service and cafeteria services in two states throughout the Central Savannah River Area.

For this position you must be available to work Monday – Friday, and holidays as business dictates. Offers competitive pay and benefits.

General Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience with customer price book set-up and catalog maintenance.
• Knowledge and ability to complete new product set-up in beverage software.
• Responsible for communicating and tracking customer promotions.
• Responsible for monthly reporting and reconciliations with suppliers and customers.
• Administrative support for Sales and Delivery teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficient in beverage and food industry software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, organizing calendar features, flagging and prioritizing emails and setting up shortcuts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including editing ranges, creating unique formulas, using pivot tables and formatting existing spreadsheets and graphs.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, including creating custom presentation slides and themes, adding notes to slides, compiling information in a neat and readable manner.
• Proficient in utilization of Adobe.
• Excellent communication skills, including to exchange information with clarity, empathy and understanding.
• Must be a team player, working with other co-workers, working to support customers with their needs and management.
• Must have excellent attendance, being dependable, responsible, and fulfilling the job obligations.
• Able to work independently.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Experience & Knowledge

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in beverage and/or retail.
• Previous office experience required.
