SUMMARY:
This is a temporary/contract position
Applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in either business, engineering or management and have experience working in the healthcare field or industry as a Construction Project Manager. Three or more years of management experience required. Associate Contractor (AC), Certified Professional Contractor (CPC and/or Certified Construction desired. Must posses a valid California Drivers License with a safe driving record. DMV record required. The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of RSBCIHI’s construction projects and ensuring an efficient workflow. The CPM will generally be responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects. Additionally, the incumbent oversees managing project requirements, setting objectives and timelines, budget control, field change orders, and any adjustments deemed necessary to meet new requirements. This position acts as a liaison between all responsible parties involved in the project and excellence communication and decision-making skills are required to be successful. This may include tribal delegates, tribal entities, administrators, architects, city utilities, etc. Must be able to work with the Indian Community and be sensitive to the Indian Culture and its needs.

Education:

Experience:
Experience working in the healthcare field or industry as a Construction Project Manager. Three or more years of management experience preferred.
Knowledge of:
Must have an adequate grasp of policy knowledge, construction and building codes including health, safety, environmental and business best practices.
License:
Must possess a valid California driver’s license. A current DMV printout is required.
Ability to:
Interface at all levels
Function independently
Daily travel to project sites when needed
Must be able to work within the Indian Community and be sensitive to the Indian culture and its needs
Salary Range:
$105,000-$115,000 annually
INDIAN PREFERENCE:
