Our Patient Care Coordinators act as the face of Rivertown Dental by being the team that greets our patients as they walk in the door. You'll enjoy a fast-paced environment that will utilize your critical thinking and problem solving skills to schedule appointments for our Doctors and Registered Dental Hygienists, answer questions that patients have, and more!
The successful candidate will have, but not limited to:
Professional phone and in-person etiquette,
The ability to work independently and on a team, and have moderate to advanced technological skills to work in cloud based programs.
We believe that Self Care comes first and it is essential in providing amazing patient care! The PCC's work Monday-Friday, between 36-39 hours per week.
