Litigation Paralegal

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a hard-working, experienced Litigation Paralegal candidate for a position in the Fraud Group team. The ideal candidate would be a fast-learning individual, who is organized and detailed oriented, and able to develop proficiency in the skills required to perform the job within a short amount of time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting attorneys with case management;
• Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses;
• Electronic filing of Court documents;
• Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, motion practice, and preparation of contentions;
• Communicating with external parties (clients, court officials, opposing counsel, etc.);
• Managing multiple on-going assignments; participating in office-wide projects as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 1 year of Litigation experience required;
• Bachelor’s degree, and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program or comparable work experience;
• Advanced computer skills using Excel, Word and Adobe, as well as case management software.

Hybrid Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with the flexibility to work overtime when needed

Minimum 3 days a week in office

2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000. actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
