Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Outside Salesperson at RKA Transportation Services Inc. The Outside Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, teacking and building client relationships, generating leads, and promoting our logistics services Monday to Friday, This role is primarily based in South Easton, MA, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Car is necessary for traveling.
- Experience in the transportation and other logistics industry, such as rail, drayage, airfreight, FTL, LTL, Sameday , Hazmat, temp control,warehousing and distribution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self motivated with solution base mindset.
- Knowledge of supply chain management with pipe line ready activity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle the fast moving pace with customers and operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or minimum experience 10 years with 1 million of sales under contract annually.
