Position Description: Senior Electrical Engineering Manager
Main Purpose of Role:
To lead the electrical engineering capability of RLE USA.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of engineering support programs, enhancing existing engineering competence, development and managing the engineering team and acting as technical point for all escalated client queries and engineering focused issues.

Key Competencies:
20 years automotive industry experience
5 years leadership experience as an engineering manager
Concept and production development
Launch experience
Electrical Engineering degreed
Excellent oral and writing communication skills
Experience of running Electrical/Electronic Engineering programs within auto industry.
Ability to develop and optimize electrical architecture solutions to meet customer requirements
Appreciation of battery development and full vehicle design concepts
Work location Romulus Michigan on-site 80% of the time
