Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher experience perferred but not required. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating tows and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze transportation needs effectively.

Responsibilities

- Receive and process paperwork

- Communicate with customers regarding driver status and any delays or issues

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including driver logs, and customer invoices

Qualifications

- Previous experience in dispatching is preferred

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of fleet management principles and practices

- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

- Experience working with AAA is a plus
