What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at RLJ Management Company?

Maintenance will be responsible for:

Painting & maintenance of units.

Lawn Care & Snow Removal.

Janitorial - cleaning the vacant units & common Laundry areas, etc.

Must have drivers license and pass background and drug test.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Martinsville, WV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
