  • Seeking experienced maintenance personnel with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail is a must.
  • Valid Driver's License, clean record, and reliable transportation.
  • Have own basic hand tools (or be willing to obtain required tools prior to employment)
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and climb to heights of 20 ft.
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Preform all necessary repairs and maintenance on apartments.
  • Restore and repair vacant units to rent ready condition in a timely manner.
  • Janitorial duties and upkeep of property grounds and common areas.
  • Work indoors/outdoors, year round, even in times of inclement weather.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal/written form.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as directed by Property Manager and/or Regional Manager.
  • May be asked to assist other properties on occasions.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • PTO time is available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
