Job Summary:   
Under the direction of the Environmental Services Director, this position is responsible for all required maintenance functions within the community.  

Essential Functions:   

  • Provides support, and delivery of all preventive maintenance programs and services and ensures guidelines with state and federal requirements are met for the community. 

  • Works closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure apartments are ready for resident move-in’s 

  • Performs routine maintenance and repair on the facility equipment and document hazardous conditions and equipment. 

  • Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance services. 

  • Maintains grounds and facility in good repair ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment. 

  • Replaces burned out light bulbs, exit lights, overhead lights, room call lights, etc. 

  • Reports
