As a Client Project Manager, the following will be expected of you:

· Candidate will have preferred knowledge of all types of commercial painting projects.

o Estimating, bid portal processes, startup packages

o Working with building management, overseeing subcontractors

o Keeping the project within budget and on schedule

o Punch walks and project close out

o Maintaining and submitting required administrative documentation

· Experience with coordinating and overseeing following trades; painting; wall coverings, drywall installation / taping and mudding, epoxy and powder coating finishes

Preferred Job Experience:

5 years of recent experience in the following:

· Commercial Tenant Improvement

· Project Management

· Construction

· Plan Reading

· Scheduling

· Profit Forecasting

· Analyzing Subcontractors

· Qualifying Project Scope

· Budgeting

· Estimating

· Preparing Bids

· Unit Cost, Design Build Proposals

· General Contract Regulations

General Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to build strong relationships with high profile clients

· Microsoft Office Suite-Including Outlook, Excel and MS Project

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is dependent upon work experience.
