What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at RMK MANAGEMENT?
Basic Job Duties
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and units in the property. This requires basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and HVAC. Your customer service experience and skills will also be important since this position directly interacts with our residents. You will be expected to:
· Follow the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor who will assign and oversee work
· Diagnose issues and repair appliances
· Complete all work orders in a prompt and efficient manner, and specifically complete daily work orders within 24 hours
· Perform maintenance as required to ensure all apartments are in proper move-in condition
· Perform preventative maintenance in buildings as required

$20-$23 per hour depending on experience
