Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, remodeling, and carpentry work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting
- Apply paint and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
- Perform minor carpentry work such as trim carpentry and frame carpentry
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively
- Follow schematics and blueprints for painting projects
- Work with stucco and other materials as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in painting, remodeling, or carpentry
- Proficiency with basic math for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Maintenance Person skills for various repair tasks
- Knowledge of building techniques and materials
- Experience with trim carpentry and frame carpentry techniques
