- Be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. Pharmacists must be a graduate of an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school or university. Pharmacists who are licensed but have been subjected to disciplinary action of any type by their licensing authority within the preceding five years, must be referred to CMOP management before proceeding with the hiring
- Must be licensed for controlled substances.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills with coworkers and

- Must read, understand, speak, and write English fluently under the authority of U.S.C. 7402(d) and 7407(d).
- Obtain VetPro certification, which is a credentialing system that is required of all VHA licensed, registered, and certified health care
Able to sit/stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours) and being able to lift totes weighing up to 30 pounds repetitively.
In addition to meeting the qualifications at paragraph 4.2, Pharmacist Leads shall have a minimum of six months experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting or administrative position supervising five or more employees and shall have demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively interact with peers, and the ability to direct work assignments for other contracted staff.
