• Leadership Roles(Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager)-  $44,990- $65,000 year plus bonus

Fit Expert

• Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day
• Ability to make your customers feel valued
• Desire to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST.

Sales Lead

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
• Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
• Ability to perform the basic functions of the job.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Assistant Store Manager

• Demonstrate a level of leadership that comes from a minimum 3 years of retail/consumer sales experience including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Monitor all store inventory and processes.
• Coach and develop your Inventory Support Specialist and hold them accountable for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee our Finish Line checkout process and ensure that every customer is made aware of our VIP program’s incredible benefits.
• Be punctual and reliable as you will be entrusted with opening and closing duties.
• Develop team members, take corrective action, and lead the review process.
• Own the implementation of monthly merchandise plans and plan-o-grams as directed by our Merchandising Department to ensure a consistent product story within our stores.
• Prepare and conduct pre-race meetings to prepare your team members for the day’s events as they start their shifts.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training that will enable you to take the next step with us while identifying and developing your replacement.
• Inspire your team with your positive attitude and high energy.

Store Manager

• Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and manage team attendance and ensure accountability through coaching and counseling.
• Respond to Customer feedback, resolve issues, and always strive for continuous improvement of the in-store experience.
• Own the store visit operations and appearance checklist.
• Execute high-level in-the-moment coaching and development of your Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team/Shift Leads into all-star leaders.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training that will fine-tune your management, accountability, operations, and communications skills.
• Set the tone in your store for positive attitude and high energy.
• Manage the weekly schedule and payroll budget and determine hiring needs.
• Lead and conduct interviews for prospective new team members.
• Own plan-o-grams and plan and lead merchandising of the store.
• Manage change orders and supply orders including signage and fixtures.
