We are seeking a Dispatcher - Administrator to work out of our branch in West Palm Beach, FL, to be the bridge between customer satisfaction and business success. This role will focus on ensuring our customers' expectations are met and our operations are optimized by analyzing customer needs, scheduling equipment, and making decisions that keep RoadSafe moving forward.

The starting pay is $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the primary customer contact at the day-to-day level during a rental engagement and maintain efficient communication with customers.
  • Manage the dispatch of all equipment and activities of the drivers for the branch.
  • Assign equipment and/or operators so that the most economical and quickest methods are used.
  • Create work tickets in TCR, assign to the appropriate driver, and audit/approve completed tickets.
  • Review and prepare weekly payroll and utilization reports.
  • Strive to continuously improve the level of company profitability, understanding the impact of rental transactions and labor efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies for managing the rental equipment fleet, including oversight of paperwork accuracy and timely completion of all rental fleet activities and reporting.
  • May assist in the coordination of rental fleet Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories.
  • Coordinate equipment transfers between divisions as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by Branch Manager.
What We Need from You:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in Dispatching is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products is essential.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
