Dispatcher – Multiple Shifts - Days & Overnight

Not a remote job, position is in Rogers, AR.

Roadside Services Towing, LLC is a roadside service company based out of Rogers, AR. We have been serving the Northwest Arkansas community for the last 6 years. We provide all roadside needs (towing, batteries, lockouts, etc.) for some of the largest insurances and roadside motor clubs in the industry. We believe our company is only as good as our people!

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing our roadside services requests . Your excellent communication skills and ability to analyze logistics that will ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

- Receive and dispatch incoming road service requests via phone & computer from motor clubs, law enforcement agencies, and customers.

- We use a GPS-aided dispatch system that utilizes online mapping systems and driver locations to assign the most appropriate resources to best assist our customers.

- Coordinate with drivers to assist in requesting additional services from motor clubs, logistic change notifications, payment verifications, etc.

- Constantly monitor calls to resolve any issues or delays

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness

- Maintain accurate records, including documentation for billing for services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role; preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Hiring For Multiple Shifts - Pay starts at $16 an hour for non-overnight shifts and starts at $17 an hour for the overnight shift with bonus opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Experience:

• dispatching or logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
