Class A CDL Truck Drivers
ROBBIE D. WOOD, INC. is a family-oriented company with immediate openings for Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Class A CDL Truck Drivers are responsible for transporting hazardous chemicals and waste.
Many of our truck drivers operate a wide variety of late model equipment including dry vans, tankers (bulk and vacuum), roll off, end-dumps and conventional tractors.
We expect our truck drivers to preserve our reputation for safe driving, prompt courteous service, and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Truck Driver Details :
- Company drivers gross pay averages $1,000-1,500 per week
- Drivers are paid on a percentage of gross pay
- Drivers are dispatched a load that includes the line haul
- Drivers can multiply their percentage (26% for company drivers) to determine what their base pay will be for the load
- We do not pay mileage, and our chemical loads are quoted round trip
- Haz waste drivers home weekends
- Chemical drivers - average 2 weeks out at a time. Home time varies based on market and load time for the next load

Driver Requirements :
- At least 23 years of age
- 2 years of Class A CDL experience
- Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- TWIC card required for chemical division
- No more than 2 moving violations and / or 2 at fault accidents in the last 3 years
