Robbins Lumber East Baldwin has an open for an Entry Level Sawmill Worker to join our team. As an Entry Level Sawmill Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of green lumber. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation of sawmill equipment
- Sort and stack lumber
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
