Description A local community college is immediately hiring a Grant Accountant to their Accounting department. This person will be working at their Haverhill office on-site. This person will report to the Comptroller and be responsible for a mix of grants accounting and general accounting activities such as preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, grants funding management and tracking, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting for a community college or state-funded college -- but experience with grants accounting in other non-profits will also be considered. Targeted compensation is $60k to $75k depending on experience with full benefits, good work/life balance (37.5hr work week) and other perks such as discounted tuition.
