We are offering a role in the distribution and service industry located in Seguin, Texas. The position involves various accounting functions in a multifaceted environment. The role is designed for individuals with a keen eye for details and strong knowledge in accounting principles. Responsibilities:• Assist in the preparation of SEC quarterly and annual reports.• Prepare financial information for monthly management meetings and quarterly Board of Director's meetings.• Assist in the compilation of information for the Company’s US and Canadian operations insurance renewal process.• Participate in the duties of stock administration and reporting.• Convert multiple foreign subsidiaries financials to U.S. Dollars.• Prepare, review, and enter monthly and quarterly journal entries for financial close.• Prepare complex reconciliations of various general ledger accounts for multiple facilities in multiple currencies.• Review reconciliations of various general ledger accounts performed by other financial accountants.• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual spreadsheets.• Prepare and review quarterly and annual audit schedules.• Review company departmental to investigate, identify and resolve fluctuations or errors.• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions effectively.• Manage accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes.• Handle SEC reporting, financial reporting, stock administration, journal entries, and reconciliations effectively.• Maintain general ledger and manage foreign subsidiaries.• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.• Follow US GAAP and GAAP Accounting principles.
