Our client has a great opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join their growing accounting team! This role will have a heavy focus on accounts payable and employee expenses. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Review, process, and post vendor invoices to accounting software daily.• Prepare and process bi-weekly employee expenses.• Prepare check run drafts for review and approval.• Prepare backup documentation for bi-weekly check runs.• Assemble mail for the post and cash deposits for the bank daily.• Analyze payment frequency and monthly vendor invoice changes.• Manage vendor/employee setup. • Prepare annual vendor 1099’s.• File vendor backup to electronic drives.• Assist with audit work papers in annual audits.• Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
