We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Moorestown, New Jersey. This role is within a company that operates in the telecom provider industry and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices and maintaining accurate records of customer credit applications, among other tasks.Responsibilities:• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner• Monitor customer credit accounts to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments as necessary• Conduct regular audits of customer credit records to identify and rectify any errors• Utilize QuickBooks for processing invoices and maintaining records• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and workflows• Leverage coding invoices skills to ensure accurate billing.
