Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company in Broomfield in search of an Accounting Supervisor! The Accounting Supervisor position is paying $80,000-$100,000 and offer a generous benefits package!
The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Operational accounting including oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing of books, and general ledger functions
- Support and coordinate with operations all aspects of Bill of Materials costing, inventory management, and Cost of Goods Sold reporting and analysis
- Oversee all aspects of month end close and general ledger functions
- Implement processes to ensure accounting results are completed timely and accurately
- Support a strong internal control system that safeguards Company assets and is in compliance with best practices
- Prepare the monthly financial statements and a monthly financial reporting package including all group reporting requirements
- Assist on the annual year-end external financial audit and coordinate with and provide information to the public accounting firm
Requirements for the Accounting Supervisor include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of accounting experience
- Cost accounting experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Sage 50/Peachtree experience is nice to have, but not required
